About This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Keanu Evans (“I,” “me,” or “my”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit this portfolio website on any domain that links to this policy (the “Site”), submit the contact form, contact me by email, download a file, or interact with embedded or linked services.

The Site is operated by me in a personal and professional capacity. It is not operated on behalf of any employer, client, nonprofit, or other organization featured in my portfolio.

When you use the contact form, I collect the information you choose to provide, which currently includes:

I may also receive information when you contact me directly by email or communicate with me through another platform.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial information, account credentials, medical information, or other sensitive or confidential information through the contact form.

When you access the Site, Webflow and other technology providers may automatically receive limited technical information needed to deliver, maintain, and secure the Site. This information may include:

Résumé and File Downloads

My résumé and other public files may be hosted through Webflow’s content-delivery network. You do not need to provide your name or email address to download these files. However, downloading a file may create the same standard server or delivery logs generated when you visit a webpage.

Submitting the contact form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list. I do not use contact-form information to send unrelated promotional messages without separate permission.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for hosting, functionality, security, content delivery, and spam prevention.

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated submissions. Turnstile may process browser, device, network, and interaction signals needed to detect and block bots.

The Site also uses Google-hosted fonts or scripts and includes embedded YouTube videos. Google may receive technical or interaction information when these resources load or when you interact with embedded content.

As of the date shown above, I do not use a separate advertising or behavioral analytics platform, such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or an advertising-retargeting system, on the Site. If those practices change, I will update this policy and provide any notices or choices required by applicable law.

You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. Disabling necessary technologies may prevent certain features, including the contact form or embedded media, from working properly.

How Information Is Disclosed

I do not sell or rent your personal information. I also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service Providers

The Site relies on service providers that may process information while providing their services, including:

• Cloudflare: Spam prevention, bot detection, security, and related website infrastructure. Review the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Notice.
• Google and YouTube: Hosted fonts, scripts, and embedded video content. Review the Google Privacy Policy.
• Email providers: Delivery and storage of correspondence sent through the Site or directly by email.

These providers may process information according to their agreements, privacy policies, and applicable legal obligations.

I retain contact-form submissions and professional correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

When information is no longer reasonably needed, I will delete or anonymize it where practical. Technical and security information processed by service providers may be retained according to those providers’ policies and settings.

However, no website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should avoid submitting sensitive or confidential information through the Site.

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no uniform standard governing these signals, the Site does not currently respond differently when it receives one. I do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

The Site is intended for a general professional audience and is not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the Site, please contact me so I can review and delete it where appropriate.
